I know what it feels like to carry shadows - old grief, silenced parts of myself, stories passed down through generations. For a long time, I wondered if wholeness was truly possible. My own healing began when I stopped running from the darkness and began to listen. What I discovered is that the shadow, when embraced, is not a prison but a portal. It holds the keys to our freedom.
That realization shaped not only my personal journey, but my life's work. Over the past two+ decades. I have guided individuals, groups, and organizations through profound transformation - supporting them in reclaiming power, healing ancestral wounds, and awakening to their divine purpose. I am the founder of the Earth Purpose Institute for Divine Understanding, where my mission is to help humanity remember its wholeness and live in alignment with higher truth. |
This work is also the heartbeat of my book, The Healing We Avoid: What Our Triggers Are Trying to Teach Us. In it, I explore how our triggers are not evidence that we are broken - but sacred signals pointing toward what wants to be acknowledged, integrated, and healed. Our nervous system, our relationships, and our repeating patterns often carry messages we were never taught how to interpret. When we learn to meet those moments with truth, compassion, and courage, we stop living in reaction - and begin living in liberation.
From that vision, Soul Roots: Sacred Shadow Work for Women and Sacred Imprints for All Beings were born - both are intimate weekend experiences dedicated to healing, empowerment, and spiritual awakening.
In our weekend experiences, I bring together everything I have learned: shadow work infused with archetypal wisdom, ancestral healing, and the deep alchemy of real repair.
